Queries, ideas, reflections

I am interested to study soil systems at two scales: the broadly ecological and the complexly microbial trying to understand the vital locus of biodiversity at the critical interface of water, soil, microbes and trace gas emissions. My research interests can be presented in to three complimentary themes: 1. From ecosystem to microbiome stability 2. Importance of scale (time and space) in microbiome observations, and 3. Abiotic-biotic interactions driving biogeochemical changes

Reading List: A work in progress

The list is organized by scientific questions and queries that are central to my research interests. Listing the urls here as a way organize by broad themes.
